This French Blend is an aromatic mixture of dried herbs from the Provence region in the south of France. This blend is used traditionally on dishes such as roasted lamb or chicken, grilled fish and roasted vegetables. But don't stop there, use it in stews, soups and sauces. You can even add a couple of pinches to your coals to infuse the smoke with the flavor of Herbs de Provence.
