Adams County - El Diablo Salt

Adams County is home to Hells Canyon and the Seven Devils Mountains. So when we were trying to decide which county our El Diablo gourmet salt will be named after... well that was really a no-brainer.

We mix sea salt with sriracha, dry the salt and then add scorpion pepper powder for just that little bit of added heat.

El Diablo salt goes great on anything you would put salt on... eggs, meat, vegetables the sky is the limit. Just remember El Diablo has a little heat...just a little.
