Cornbread Mix

This aint my momma’s cornbread.  Dry and flavorless, you needed at least a gallon of water to get a slice down your throat. So I called my mother and being a good son I begged for her recipe. After hearing about her and the 78 hours of labor I put her through she finally gave me the recipe. I told her I loved her and hung up the phone and immediately looked over her recipe to make sure I did the exact opposite. 

This cornbread is flavorful and a little sweet. Not like my mommas at all but I'll say that's a good thing.
