I still remember my first trip to NOLA. The food, the smells and the people. Between po-boys, gumbo, jambalaya and beignets, I have never ate so much in my life. It was well worth it!!!
Use for beef, chicken, pork or shrimp. Sprinkle on veggies or popcorn or if you dare gator tail and pass a good time!
