I really love using an instant pot for something like hard boiling eggs. It really does take the guess work and timing of making the perfect hard boiled eggs and that leaves you with time to come up with unique ways to devil them. 6 eggs hard boiled

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp Sriracha
-
1/8 tsp salt & pepper
-
chives for garnish

El Diablo Salt (Optional)
Directions
Sliced peeled hard boil egg and slice in half and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and mash.
Mix all the other ingredients (other than ones listed as garnish) into the mashed yolks. Mix well.
Place the mixture into a Ziploc bag (or frosting piping bag) and cut the corner of a the bag with scissors. Pipe the mixture into the egg yolks.
Sprinkle the eggs with the garnish or top with El Diablo Salt for some extra heat.
