Ingredients

2 Ribeye’s

Idaho Spice Company Project 24

1 tsp butter
-
1 tbs oil (just about any oil will work, we used olive oil)
Directions
One hour before cooking, remove the steaks from the refrigerator to coat both sides with Project 24 seasoning. Let them sit out for the hour.
Preheat your smoker to 225°.
Once smoker is to temp, cook to 110° for about 25-30 minutes.
Heat cast iron skillet, add oil and sear each side 2-3 minutes. Pull off skillet at 120° for a rare steak.
Remove steak, add butter and let rest for 10 minutes.
