If you are wanting something easy to smoke this weekend, then these Piggy Dust Smoked pork steaks is the answer. Sit back and enjoy a beer or two while the smoker does almost all the work. We used pork steaks from Riverstead Farms located in Adrian, Oregon, amazing raw honey from Steele Legacy located in Caldwell, Idaho, our Piggy Dust and butter from some grocery store.

Piggy Dust Pork Rub

Directions
Set your smoker up for indirect heat with a temperature between 220°-240°
Season pork steaks on both sides with Piggy Dust
Cook pork steaks for 1 1\2 hours at 220°-240°
Remove steaks from smoker and place on foil, squirt honey and add a few pats of butter over one side of the pork steaks. Wrap completely in foil and return to the smoker over indirect heat.
Continue smoking the pork steaks for about 1 hour to 1 1\2 hours or until an internal temperature of 185°
Rest for 15 minutes, have a beer and enjoy.
