Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Idaho Spice Company Harissa seasoning

2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of ½ lemon

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley
Directions
Toss shrimp with olive oil, Harissa seasoning, garlic, and lemon juice.
Allow to marinade for 30 minutes.
Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
Finish with fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon.
Recipe Note
Serve over rice, couscous, or tucked into warm flatbread with yogurt sauce.
