This is one of our favorite recipes for Italian meatballs. Our Forbidden Love seasoning blend has a great garlic parmesan taste. If you don't have our seasoning, you are missing out. Feel free to substitute as needed, but we highly recommend giving our blend a try. These meatballs go well with our Amore tomato sauce recipe as well. Give it a try and let us know how you like it.

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef

1 lb Italian Sausage

2 tbs Forbidden Love

2 Eggs

1 Cup Panko
-
⅓ Cup Milk

½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, add panko and milk. Mix until combined.
Add ground beef and sausage, Forbidden Love Seasoning & Eggs to panko and milk mixture. Mix until evenly combined.
Using an Ice cream scoop or spoon, scoop the entire mixture and roll into even sized balls. Place on baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
Remove from oven and place in simmering sauce for 1 hour. We recommend our Amore tomato sauce recipe, but you can use any preferred sauce.
Spoon meatballs and sauce into a bowl and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
