Ingredients

6 eggs hard boiled

3 tbsp mayonnaise

3 tbsp mashed avocado

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp yellow mustard

salt to taste

fish ground pepper or Za'atar Seasoning for garnish
Directions
Sliced peeled hard boil egg and slice in half and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and mash.
Mix all the other ingredients (other than ones listed as garnish) into the mashed yolks. Mix well.
Place the mixture into a Ziploc (or Piping Bag) bag and cut the corner of a the bag with scissors. Pipe the mixture into the egg yolks.
