Owyhee County was the old way to say and spell Hawaii in the Northwest thanks to James Cook so I could not think of a better name for our Alaea Hawaiian salt.
Alaea Hawaiian Salt is rich in trace minerals and great to use on traditional Hawaiian dishes such as Poke and Kalua Pork.
